IS THERE ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Sadly, no. We can only offer parking to our Waterfront King guests. We wish that we could make exceptions, but we can’t because there aren’t any extra parking spaces. There is a 15-minute parking space for check-ins. There is metered parking on the streets and large lots with daily rates throughout town. The good news is that Provincetown is made for walking and many guests ride bikes which are available for rent from several shops in town.
Will you be selling townie passes this year? When will I be able to get one?
YES! We are using an online system that allows Townie Pass registrations to be done at your convenience from your phone or computer. Please read the following then click on the link below. You’ll need to enter your full name, complete address, email and phone number and answer 2 questions and upload a photo.
When uploading your photo, please use the tips below to ensure your photo is accepted:
Avoid hats, sunglasses, or any items that obscure facial features
Format should be JPG or PNG with a file size less than 10 MG
The photo should be less than six months old
If your photo is rejected, you will receive an email within 1 to 3 business days from noreply@veonics.com with instructions to upload a new photo.
Submissions done before April 25, will be available for pickup on May 2.
Submissions done on or after April 25 will be available for pickup 2 weeks after submission.
The last day to register is May 31st. There will be no exceptions.
When you come to pick up your pass, you must bring a valid ID, proof of residency, and $110 cash. Proof of residency can include an ID, utility bill, tax bill, etc. It must show a Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, or Eastham address. Passes must be picked up by the registrant. No exceptions will be made.

Is there a cover for tea dance?
Yes. The daily cover is $10.00
We sell a Weekly Pass for $60.00. They can be purchased at the door, the Kiosk, or the Front Desk. The daily cover and passes are cash only. We have ATMs on the property.
Did you know that a Weekly Tea Dance Pass gets you a complimentary chaise and towel at the pool? Well, it does. Come sun on our deck and splash in our pool before you come to Tea!
Does it cost anything to go to the pool?
We offer a chaise and towel for $10. You can also rent a cabana.
If you buy a Weekly Pass to Tea Dance or are a Townie Pass holder, the chaise and towel are complimentary!
Pool hours are from 9:30a til 3-ish as we need to get the deck ready for Tea!
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Credit cards are accepted for hotel accommodations and at the Buoy Bar. All sales at the Beach Club and Tea Dance are cash only. We have onsite ATMs for your convenience.
WHEN IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?
Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Sorry, we cannot provide early check-ins or late check-outs.
Is breakfast included with my HOTEL stay?
Yes, it is.
DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE BATHROOMS?
Yes. All guest rooms have a private bathroom.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
We love animals but cannot accommodate pets on the property.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE BOATSLIP?
The Boatslip is an adult-only property. You must 21+ with a valid ID to enter all parts of the property.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO YOU HAVE AT THE POOL?
Our Beach Club crew will set you up with a chair and towel while you enjoy a full bar menu and food delivered to you by our fabulous servers and bartenders.
How do I reserve a cabana?
More info coming soon. Cabanas are available from June 12th until September 13th. Cabana pricing is as follows: 2-person cabana/$100.00, 4-person cabana/$200, and 6-person cabana/$275.
