Harbor View Queen

Enjoy views of picturesque Provincetown harbor, MacMillan Pier, and experience spectacular sunrises. All of our Harbor view rooms feature a queen bed and a private balcony. Parking is not included.

Terms + Conditions

• On-Site parking is available ONLY for Waterfront King rooms.

• Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am, we cannot provide early check-ins or late check-outs.

• A deposit of 50% of your stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card. All reservations for holiday weekends and peak weeks require a deposit of 100% of the total stay at the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card. Deposits for peak weeks are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

• If a reservation is canceled by you more than 15 days before the arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit. We will promptly return 90% of the deposit to you. Reservations canceled fewer than 15 days prior to the date of arrival constitute a forfeiture of the deposit. Please note: all deposits for holiday weekends and peak weeks are non-refundable.

• Certain peak weeks and weekends have minimum night requirements as listed below and deposits are non-refundable:

  • MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: May 22, 2025 – May 26, 2025, 3 night minimum

  • JULY 4th WEEK: June 30, 2025 – July 6, 2025, 5 night minimum

  • BEAR WEEK: July 9, 2025 – July 20, 2025, 7 night minimum

  • CARNIVAL WEEK: August 13, 2025 – August 24, 2025, 7 night minimum

  • LABOR DAY WEEKEND: August 28, 2025 – September 1, 2025, 3 night minimum

  • HALLOWEEN WEEKEND: October 30, 2025 – November 2, 2025 – 2 night minimum

  • WEEKENDS: 2 night minimum on weekends in June, September, and October; 3 night minimum stay in July and August during non-theme weeks.

• Rates do not include state and local tax.

• Rates are for one or two people per room. There is a maximum number of four people per room in rooms with two beds and a maximum number of two people per room for rooms with one bed.

• There is an additional charge of $50 for each extra person each night.

• We do not allow pets.

• SERVICE ANIMALS: There is a $500.00 security deposit required for any Service Animal occupying a hotel room. The security deposit will be refunded following an inspection of the room after check-out. If the Service Animal interferes with the enjoyment of our other guests by barking, inadequate conduct, or non-compliance with local ordinances, we reserve the right to remove the animal from the premises.

• All guests of the Boatslip must be 21 or older. Photo ID required at check-in.

• For additional cleaning or damage to a guest room, we have instituted fees that begin at $250.00. Excessive cleaning and damage will incur additional charges.
